Homicide Suspect Arrested in Rogers

On September 28, 2023, at approximately 12:00 P.M., 29-year-old, homicide suspect,  Matthew Ferry, was located and arrested by the Rogers Police Department. Rogers P. D. advised they received an anonymous tip about the whereabouts of Ferry. Ferry was located in Rogers, Arkansas, where he was arrested and transported to Benton County Jail in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Pine Bluff Detectives were notified before traveling to Bentonville, Arkansas, and transported Ferry back to Pine Bluff. Ferry will be booked into the Dub Brassell Detention Center for Capital Murder and Battery in the First Degree.

Ferry was wanted for the murder of 33-year-old, Courtney Clary, and shooting 39-year-old, Samuel Stenberg.
