Grant County has some areas that were hit hard by Thursday morning’s ice storm and crews are out working to clear roads and powerlines so repairs can be made.

Grant County Judge Randy Pruitt spoke with Deltaplex News on Friday saying that the Grapevine and Shiloh areas of the county have been hit the hardest.

He said that there are county buildings inside of the Sheridan city limits that are still without power, to include the justice center, but generators are being used to power them.

Pruitt also said he has heard no reports of any injuries inside of the county from the storms.

Pruitt also said that if anyone in Grant County needs to report downed trees or powerlines they can call the non-emergency dispatch number at 870-942-2101.
