Governor Asa Hutchinson on Wednesday announced he will pardon nine people, one of them from Pine Bluff.

That person, Barbara A. Small-Dorn, was convicted of two counts of second-degree forgery, a Class C Felony, in 1997 in Pulaski County and residential burglary and theft of property in 1998 in Jefferson County.

According to the Governor’s office, all terms of her sentence have been completed and there have been no further criminal law violations. No law enforcement objections were made to the application.

An additional 55 applications for a pardon were denied. There is a 30-day waiting period to receive public feedback before final action is taken.
