The winners of the 2021 Pine Bluff Christmas parade were announced Monday.
Appearing on TalkBack Live with Floyd Donald, Leigh Cockrum of Go Forward Pine Bluff said this
The parade was held for the first time in two years and was canceled last year because of the Coronavirus pandemic. Cockrum said 2019 there were 28 entries this year, compared to 35 in 2019.
