Although an effort to extend the Go Forward sales tax for another seven years failed, there are still a number of projects that have started and on Friday, Ryan Watley, the CEO of Go Forward Pine Bluff was asked if those projects are going to continue, regardless of what happened with the vote.

Watley went on to say that there is still a lot of work to be done.

He said the 6th and Main project is expected to take about 12 months to be completed, depending on the weather.

Another project is to go-cart track on East Harding and Watley said the heavy rain that has fallen over the past few days has hampered efforts to remove the last of the bamboo from the property.
