Garden Pointe Assisted Living Facility, located at 7001 South Hazel Street in Pine Bluff, will sponsor a Breast Cancer Awareness Walk on Tuesday, October 30, 2018.
This walk will be held at 10:00 a.m. and began at Garden Pointe and end at the Arkansas Cancer Institute, located at 7200 South Hazel Street in Pine Bluff.
The speaker will be Allen Wimberly, director of Watson Chapel High School (WCHS) band, accompanied by the WCHS drumline. The Rev. N. Bolden, Davis Life Care Chaplain, will offer the prayer, according to a news release.
The community is invited to participate. Refreshments will be served, according to the release.
