Interim Pine Bluff Police Chief Lloyd Franklin Sr. on Wednesday said while no arrests have been made in the shooting incidents during Homecoming at UAPB in October, suspects have been identified.

Franklin also discussed a recent traffic stop by Sheriff’s Department Deputy Courtney Kelly that resulted in an arrest and the seizure of drugs and said Pine Bluff officers are not as aggressive now as they were when he started the Blue Rain initiative, paying officers overtime to work the streets.
