Fort Smith police say 31-year-old Kendra Renay Richmond, who is missing and endangered, was last heard from by family members in a text on November 20th.
Police said Richmond’s family reported her missing on November 29th.
Authorities have reason to believe that Richmond is in the Fort Smith area and said her phone has not been on since November 22nd, with it last used about 83 miles north of Overland Park, Kansas.
