With Metallica unable to play live shows due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, you can soon stage your own mini, stationary version.

The metal legends have teamed up the rock collectables company KnuckleBonz to create officially licensed statues of each of the four Metallica members: James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo.

Each figure stands about 8.5 inches high, and is “hand-cast, painted and numbered.” Only 3,000 pieces are being made of each member.

You can buy the four figures individually for $149, or you can get all of them bundled together for the discounted price of $536.40. Pre-orders are open now via KnuckleBonz.com.

And while Metallica isn’t playing any traditional live concerts at the moment, they did film a new performance that premiered at drive-in theaters over the weekend. In an interview with The Oakland Press, Trujillo teased possible future plans for another similar kind of concert.

“Maybe there’ll be another performance or two,” Trujillo says. “Not exactly sure when or how or what, but there are things in the works.”
