The Arkansas State Police is reporting that Adam Clayton Pumphrey, 39 from England, was killed Wednesday morning in a single vehicle accident in Ferda.
The ASP reports that Pumphrey’s 2004 Chevrolet left State Highway 15 before overturning several times. Pumphrey was ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene by Jefferson County Deputy Coroner April Davis at 1:48 am.
Pumphrey’s body will be sent to the state medical examiner to determine manner and cause of death.
This is the 458th fatality on Arkansas roads and highways this year according to the Arkansas State Police.
