Emergency Ambulance Service, Inc. is excited to announce two exceptional additions to its leadership team: Dwayne Aalseth, who will join us as the Director of Operations, and Clyde McDaniel, who will step into the role of Operations Supervisor.

Dwayne Aalseth brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of operational excellence to his new role as Director of Operations. Aalseth’s career started in 1988 in Los Angeles California as a Firefighter/EMT. Moving to Arkansas in 1990, he continued his EMS career with a local ambulance service in Hot Springs. Throughout Dwayne’s career, he has served as a Fire Chief, Field Supervisor, County EMS Manager, Regional EMS Manager, and President of the Arkansas Emergency Medical Association. Most importantly, Dwayne is no stranger to EASI (Emergency Ambulance Service, Inc.) as he served as the Medical Captain of the Watson Chapel Fire Department in 2002. With over 35 years of experience in EMS Dwayne will bring knowledge, experience, and leadership to the EASI team.

In his new role, Aalseth will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality emergency medical care to the communities we serve. He will also lead efforts to optimize processes, enhance team performance, and uphold the organization’s commitment to safety and service excellence.

Clyde’s role as the Operations Assistant will be to support the daily operations by providing administrative and operational support to the team, ensuring efficiency and smooth delivery of service.

I have trained and mentored many new EMT’s and Paramedics throughout my years. I am always excited to pass my knowledge to them to be the best they can be with excellent patient care.”
