The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.
17-year-old Emani Kirksey was last seen a year ago on April 9, 2018 in Pine Bluff. She is described as 5’3″ with brown hair and brown eyes. She may still be in the local or surrounding areas. She also may be in need of medical attention.
