The Jefferson County Board of Election Commissioners will hold a regular meeting at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at the election center, 123 Main St, Pine Bluff.

Entry to the building will be via the rear door because of Main Street construction.  The parking area can be accessed from 2nd Street.

Face masks are recommended, and attendees are asked to observe social distancing and use best practices for everyone’s safety.

The primary meeting agenda is to permit election commissioners, the County Clerk and respective deputies/technicians to meet with the Election Systems & Software state manager to learn about new equipment requirements.  There will be an informative discussion, questions answered, and a delivery date established.
