The Pine Bluff Police Department will host its First Annual Blue Tie Affair Banquet to support their First Annual Toy Drive for the 2018 Christmas season. Their motto for this year’s drive is “Every child goes home with a smile.”
“We know that there are many children living in impoverished areas within our city,” Chief of Police Kelvin Sergeant said in news release. “So without people like yourselves giving back to the community, some of these children would not have a Christmas.”
Local businesses and churches are asked to make a donation to support this Toy Drive. Donations must be received by November 21, 2018. Donations may be sent or dropped off at the Pine Bluff Police Department, 200 East 8th Avenue, Pine Bluff, AR 71601.
