Pine Bluff residents Taelor Chambers and Dametria Talley were arrested and booked into Jefferson County detention center Friday morning just before 3 am.
The 19 year olds were charged with: DISORDERLY CONDUCT / CONGREGATES WITH 2 OTHER PERSON IN PUBLIC & REFUSES TO DISPERSE.
Both of them had seperate bonds set at $340
