Eight days are left before the beginning of the King Cotton Holiday Basketball Tournament begins at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.
Games will take place Dec. 27, 28 and 30th and tickets can be purchased at kingcottonclassic.com
One of the teams that will be participating in the tournament again this year will be from Benton and their head coach, Dexter Hendrix talked about being invited back this year.
Oldies 1013 Morning Show host Greg Horne told Hendrix that coaches from around the country “just go on and on and on about being in the tournament and being able to play such high quality teams which really helps in tournament and state competition.
Horne told Hendrix his team was “so good not many teams are going to be able to hang with you.”
