Pine Bluff City Council Member Lloyd Holcomb Jr., on Monday was a guest on the Oldies 101.3 morning show and talked about the two shooting incidents Sunday that left one person dead and 11 other injured.
Holcomb said he had attended a block party event Saturday evening and enjoyed himself
He said he is an ordained minister and there was a time he loved Homecoming and still loves the first few days but the dynamics of Homecoming have changed.
He went on to talk about the city’s image.
