Council Member Frazier talks recent Mental Health and Wellness Conference

Council Member Lanette R. Frazier the founder of La Renee Ministries, Inc. partnered with the City of Pine Bluff Advancing Health Literacy Program (AHLP) to host the Mental Health and Wellness Conference that took place Saturday, April 8th at the Pine Bluff Convention Center featuring 18 local vendors and several donors that participated in the event.

Deltaplex News talked to Frazier Monday, and she was asked about the purpose of the conference.

She went on to talk about the importance of the conference.

Frazier was asked about the speakers and vendors featured at the conference.

The conference featured giveaways from vendors including $15-$25 visa gift cards, gift baskets, and AHLP had a number of giveaways for the community. The program also featured a healthy salad bar lunch catered by Shirley Warrior and healthy desserts catered by Twin Berries.

Fraizer mentioned that there were several donors to the conference including Bishop Michael L. Mitchell, Tracie Logan, Lloyd Franklin Sr., Natural Born Ryders Motorcycle Club, Coffee Jones/Skateland, LDJ Solutions, and Pamela Hayes to name a few. She also went on to say this.
