Cleveland County Judge Gary Spears passed away Sunday morning according to a Facebook post from the Cleveland County Office of Emergency Management.
The post stated:
“We are saddened to announce that Cleveland County Judge Gary Spears passed away early this morning after a multi-year battle with cancer. Please keep his family and our County in your thoughts and prayers.
Judge Spears was a special man and lead our County to prosperity for over 14 years as Judge. He will definitely be missed.”
