The City of Pine Bluff and Jefferson County will open a warming center at 6:00 p.m. Thursday evening for residents that are without power according to County Judge Gerald Robinson.
Robinson spoke with Deltaplex News about the decision to open the Pine Bluff Convention Center up as a warming center.
While citizens will be allowed to spend the night at the Convention Center Robinson said they will need to bring their own food since there are no plans in place to provide food at this time.
