Pine Bluff native and Democratic Party candidate Chris Jones on Tuesday talked about education when he appeared on the Oldies 1013 morning show, Morning show host Greg Horne told Jones that the Pine Bluff School District, which is currently under state control, had failed the kids in the city and asked what could be done state-wide for school districts that might be having problems similar to those Pine Bluff is having?
He went on to say that a second model is a public-private partnership.
Horne also asked Jones his thoughts on public versus private schools.
