The Boys and Girls Club of Jefferson County has recently announced that Tavante Calhoun has been named the new Chief Executive Officer. Calhoun comes from the Pine Bluff School District where he served as a social worker.
Deltaplex News spoke with Calhoun about the recent announcement and asked him why he accepted the position as CEO.
Calhoun was then asked if he would change or implement new objectives for the club following the tenor of Nyesha Aldridge who was CEO for several years before her resignation.
