A $5,000 bond was set Monday for a Texas man accused of being involved in a fight inside the Saracen Casino Friday.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Devontay Walker, 28, of Arlington, Texas with second-degree battery.
During a court hearing Monday, Deputy Prosecutor Mircha King described the circumstances that led to the arrest.
King said Walker had no prior felony convictions. The Public Defender’s Office was appointed to represent Walker and he was told to come back to court Nov. 29.
