A White Hall man was arrested Saturday after an alleged domestic altercation with the mother of his child.
Corintheus Stallings, 41, will have to post a $5,000 bond to be released from the adult detention center after Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney ruled Tuesday prosecutors have probable cause to charge Stallings with aggravated assault on a family or household member.
During the court hearing, Deputy Prosecutor Joe West explained the facts that led to the arrest.
Stallings said he would hire his own attorney and was told to come back to court on March 24.
