Baseball Loses Finale At AAMU, Wins Series

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff baseball team lost the final game of the series at Alabama A&M, 6-2 on Sunday.

The Lions got on the board with a pair of runs in the eighth. Tywan Mackey Jr. was hit by a pitch to lead off the inning, and Austin Toth singled up the middle. With one out, Nick Kreutzer singled to right field, scoring Mackey Jr. Andrew Szalkowski’s sacrifice fly scored Toth to for the final margin.
