The Pines Mall went to auction on Monday where the opening bid began at $1.5 Million.

The online auction company listed the property as an investment opportunity for redevelopment.

The Pines Mall has been vacant since June 2020, and suffered fire damage earlier this year.

The auction website said the following about the property:

  • Situated at the convergence of three major area highways Route 65, Route 79, and I-530.
  • Prime options for redevelopment and adjacent to demand drivers such as the new Saracen Casino Resort.
