A death investigation is underway in Lincoln County after a body was discovered hanging from a bridge earlier this week.
Lincoln County Sheriff Steve Young has confirmed to Deltaplex News that a body was found hanging from a bridge in Star City on February 14, but said Arkansas State Police has been called in to take over the investigation.
Young said the ASP will handle all media inquiries and information releases on the case. No information from the agency and no identification of the body has been released at this time.
