The Arkansas State Police has issued a BOLO for a crèam colored car traveling south on I-530 driven by an African American male named “R.J.”
No other information has been provided on the car, but it is believed to be headed towards Pine Bluff, and ultimately towards Dermott.
The suspect was observed by witnesses firing a rifle at vehicles on an interstate in Pulaski County, and is considered armed and dangerous.
