Arkansas health officials on Tuesday reported the fourth flu-related death of the season.
The person who died was between the ages of 45 and 64, according to the state Department of Health. Three of the four flu-related deaths this season have been in that age range.
No pediatric deaths connected to the flu had been reported in Arkansas.
