The Arkansas Department Of Transportation is trying to fill some much needed position in Jefferson County and other areas of the Deltaplex region.
Jazmine Kumpe with ARDOT told Rick Walker on Sunrise Deltaplex what they are looking for.
She said she knows people are out there, but many are looking for higher pay to start.
