A 20-year-old woman from Fordyce died in a car crash in Sheridan in the 7600 Block of Hwy. 270 W. on Saturday morning, State Police reported.
Jordan P. Hartpence was driving a Ford headed westbound around 8:34 a.m. when she crossed the center line and struck the trailer of a Kenworth truck headed eastbound.
A Chevy that was headed west on Hwy. 270 W. struck debris from the Ford.
She died in the car crash.
Hartpence’s passenger, 24-year-old Kendale L. Watts, was taken to UAMS in Little to treat his injuries.
