The Pine Bluff Festival Association and the Parks and Recreation Department are hosting its free annual Fourth of July Fireworks Display which takes place at 9 p.m. that evening at the Softball Complex in Regional Park. This fireworks show is known as the biggest in Southeast Arkansas according to Kerry Battle, who is the Festival Director. Battle joined Deltaplex to talk more about the event.

Battle explained that there will be limited parking at the event and added that patrons can also have a view from various locations in the city.

In the Festival Association’s most recent news release they stated that the fireworks show will be presented by Display Partners and was also sponsored by their signature partners.

Battle also mentioned that the Association has the support of Mayor Shirley Washington, Judge Gerald Robinson, Chief Kelvin Sergeant, and Chief Shawn Howell, who all assisted in making this possible for the city.

Musical entertainment will be provided by our studios from 99.3 The Beat all day Sunday leading up to the display show and after. In case of severe weather, the viewing will be rescheduled for Monday evening, July 5th at 9:00 p.m. For more information, patrons can call Battle at 870-209-0186 or Parks and Recreations Director Samuel Glover at 870-536-0920.
