Tech-giant Amazon is coming to Arkansas.North Little Rock city officials confirm a distribution center is set to go in the area of 1920 N. Locus Street, just south of the interstate.
The 40,000-square-foot facility will offer 60 to 100 jobs and provide quicker delivery items for Amazon customers.
The North Little Rock Planning Commission chairman says if the permitting process goes well, Amazon could start construction by September and tentatively begin operations by November.
