Alliance promotes McNew to Vice-President

The Alliance Board of Directors announces Nancy Lee McNew as Vice President effective Jan. 1, 2022. McNew started working at the Alliance in 2013 as Events Coordinator and was promoted to Chamber Director and then Vice President of Economic Development in 2019. McNew received her Certified Economic Developer designation in 2020 and her Professional Community and Economic Developer certification in 2019.

McNew is an Honors graduate of Arkansas Tech University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing. McNew is also a graduate of Leadership Pine Bluff, the Candidate Development Institute, and the University of Central Arkansas Community Development Institute.

She is a member of the International Economic Development Council’s Young Professional committee and the Jefferson County Young Professionals Network. McNew also serves as 1st Vice President on the Board of Directors of Arkansas Economic Developers and Chamber Executives (AEDCE), the professional association of chamber executives and economic developers in the state.
