Toran Conaway Wanted For Capital Murder
On 11/09/2019 Officers of the Pine Bluff Police Department were called to a vehicle fire in the 2300 block of East Pullen. Once the fire was extinguished, a body was found inside the car. The incident was investigated as a homicide from the beginning.
As of 11/13/2019 the victim had been identified as 43 year old Alfred Flowers Jr. of Pine Bluff and the burned vehicle was his. The investigation has also developed a suspect. 28 year old Toran Conaway is now wanted for Capital Murder and Abuse of a Corpse. Mr. Conaway is 6’-01” in height, weighs about 290 pounds, and is currently on probation. His last known address was an apartment in the 6700 block of Dollarway Road.
Mr. Conaway is to be considered armed and dangerous and anyone who comes into contact with him should make no attempt to approach him. Anyone with information concerning Mr. Conaway’s location is asked to contact the Detective Division at 870-730-2090 or Dispatch at 870-541-5300. A reward of up to $10,000 is available for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of any suspect or suspects wanted in connection with any homicide.
