One person was killed and two injured in a three-vehicle accident in Little Rock Wednesday.

According to a preliminary report, Randy Castleberry, 51, of Little Rock died when a vehicle that was hit by another vehicle rolled over and landed upside down, hitting Castleberry who was a pedestrian.

The report said that vehicle ,a 2012 Chevrolet had been eastbound on Baseline Road when it turned left in front of a 2009 Lincoln that had been westbound. After the collision, the Lincoln hit a 2022 Toyota that was stopped on the south side of Stanton Road.

Axel Alvarado, 18, who was the driver of the Chevrolet was taken to a Little Rock hospital, as was a passenger, Walfer Capriel, 19, both of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The death was the 39th so far this year on the state’s highways.
