Project SEARCH Arkansas: ACCESS Initiative is proud to partner with the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, along with Arkansas Rehabilitation Services, to bring this innovative program to the young adults within the Pine Bluff community. A kick-off event will be held:

Project SEARCH Arkansas: ACCESS Initiative, in partnership with Arkansas Rehabilitation Services, is an innovative job-training program providing a nine-month internship program for young adults with developmental disabilities. Interns in the program complete (3) ten-week rotations at a partnering business with the goal of gaining necessary skills to obtain competitive employment. Upon participants’ completion of the program, staff members will aid with finding employment within the community and continued support during employment.
