A $5,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man accused of taking a cell phone and other items Sunday.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Jordan Lee, 23, with breaking or entering and theft of property.

According to a probable cause affidavit from White Hall Police Investigator Charles Treadway, officers were given a phone number to contact the victim who said his cell phone and other items with a value of $1,500 had been taken.

Investigators and members of the Tri-County Drug Task Force located Lee Thursday and he was driving the grey Honda Accord seen in the video.

Lee was told to come back to court Jan. 24.
