Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Montrell Vanderbilt, 27, with furnishing prohibited articles and possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver.

During the court hearing, Deputy Prosecutor Joe West explained the allegation based on an affidavit by Tri-County Drug Task Force Investigator Morgan Carter on July 24.
