A $50,000 bond was set Monday for a Sherrill man accused of breaking into a business in Pine Bluff last week.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Brian Rosebeck, 41, with commercial burglary.
During the court hearing, prosecutors said on Oct. 30, police were called to Domino’s at 2300 S. Olive St., in response to a reported burglary.
A BOLO was issued for Rosebeck on Nov. 1 and he was taken into custody that night. On Sunday, Detective Sgt. Chris Wieland questioned Rosebeck who denied any involvement in the burglary.
Court records show that Rosebeck has multiple prior felony convictions for residential and commercial burglary, theft of property and forgery. He was told to come back to court Dec. 16.
