A Pine Bluff man arrested Wednesday after fleeing from police in a vehicle will have to post a $25,000 cash only bond to be released from the adult jail after a court hearing Friday.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge James Hinshaw, 69, with felony fleeing.
Deputy Prosecutor Joe West explained the allegation reading from an affidavit by Pine Bluff Police Sgt. Charles Clark.
West said Hinshaw is currently out on bond on an aggravated assault charge. He was told to come back to court Sept. 4.
