A $25,000 bond was set Wednesday for a Pine Bluff man accused of picking up a small girl and swinging her around by her arm.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Kevin Berthia-Lee, 26, with second-degree domestic battery and two counts of aggravated assault on a family or household member.
Detective Chris Wieland reported that on Monday at 7:48 a.m., police responded to a reported domestic disturbance at a residence on Union Avenue.
Lee was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court Dec. 11.
