A $25,000 bond was set Wednesday for a Pine Bluff man accused of entering a house on West 28th and taking items from inside.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Dave Hart, 42, with breaking or entering.
Reading from an affidavit by Detective Jason Boykin, Deput Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said on Sunday at 4:22 a.m., police were sent to a residence on West 28th Avenue in response to a reported breaking or entering.
Akel said Hart has five prior felony convictions. He was told to come back to court Sept. 9 and said he would hire his own attorney.
