A $2,500 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff woman on drug related charges.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Tanita Banister, 45, with possession of a controlled substance schedule 1 or 2, possession of a controlled substance schedule 6 and possession of drug paraphernalia.

During the court hearing, Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin said on Saturday, an Arkansas State Trooper stopped a vehicle driven by Banister because the registered owner of the vehicle had an active warrant from Stuttgart.

Banister was told to come back to court March 3.
