Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Latia Monique Hall, 32, with aggravated assault.

Reading from an affidavit by Detective Mike Merritt, Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said at 4:16 p.m., Sgt. Jason Howard was sent to the Big Banjo Pizza Parlor on West 28th Avenue in response to a reported disturbance.

Akel said while at the jail, Detective Merritt conducted a recorded interview with Hall and she told the court what Hall said.

Hall pleaded guilty to commercial burglary and theft of property in 2018. She was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court June 25.
