A $10,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man accused of being involved in starting a fire at a house on West 30th.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Lance Jolley, 46, with arson.
Reading from an affidavit by Detective Sgt. Keith Banks, Deputy Prosecutor Joe West said at around 5:30 a.m. Thursday, the fire department responded to a structure fire on West 30th Avenue and found Jolley outside the residence and he was occupying the residence at that time.
West said photographs were taken of that.
Jolley was told to come back to court July 22.
