A $100,000 bond was set Wednesday for a Pine Bluff man accused of threatening his girlfriend Monday.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Andrew Love, 57, with aggravated assault on a family or household member, terroristic threatening, committing a terroristic act and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Chief Deputy Prosecutor Jill Reed explained the allegations based on an affidavit by Detective Jason Boykin.

Reed defended the bond request, saying Love has been convicted of four or more prior felonies.

Love was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court Feb. 26.
