A $100,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man accused of firing shots at a vehicle on Dollarway Road Thursday.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Christopher Mosley, 51, with committing a terroristic act, being a felon in possession of a firearm, discharging a firearm from a vehicle and unauthorized use of property to commit certain crimes.
Reading from an affidavit by Detective Sgt. Corey Wilfong, Deputy Prosecutor Joe West said late Thursday evening police were sent to the Super One Foods store in Dollarway Road in response to a reported shooting.
West said police went to the apartments on McConnell Circle because that it where Mosley’s girlfriend was reportedly living.
Mosley was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court Sept. 4.
