Hugh Daniels, 73, was charged with patronizing a victim of human trafficking. He also faces counts of rape and sexual exploitation of a child.

The North Little Rock trucking company owner was arrested Tuesday in a human trafficking case. A second person arrested in the case, Kimberly Latrice Hatton, was charged with rape. Daniels, who is nicknamed “Toad,” was arrested after the department received information about “the sexual assault and possible human trafficking of minor girls”. Two girls, ages 14 and 16, were listed as victims in the report. The report also says that the alleged offenses happened at the Bel-Air Motel at 6013 Arkansas 70 in North Little Rock.

Daniels is the owner of Hugh Daniels Trucking. Hatton and Daniels are currently being held in the Pulaski County jail Thursday.
