A Pine Bluff man was arrested Tuesday on drug and weapons allegations.
Roderick Breedlove, 31, was taken into custody after Tri-County Drug task Force Investigators conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at 10th Avenue and Young Street.
Deputy Prosecutor Mircha King said at 6:30 p.m., investigators were sitting on the side of the road a 7th Avenue and Young Street and then explained what happened next.
When Breedlove was questioned, he said he knew the gun was there but it was not in his name, and he also said he sells weed on the side from time to time.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $30,00 bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with possession of a controlled substance to deliver and simultaneously possess drugs and firearms. He was told to come back to court Dec. 1.
